Single Strollers

Hiya! Suzy here with a whole lot of lightweight stroller solutions to any of your stroller problems. I’m a Mom myself and I love to help families spend more time together. For me, I found strollers to be the answer. In fact, in my social circle I have become a bit of an expert on the topic. I get asked “what are the best strollers?” all the time! I’ve found suitable strollers for myself, my friends, a couple of co-workers and even a few of the guys who had no idea what a single stroller was until I got involved. Can you believe one of them thought carrying his year old in a backpack was going to work? Anyway, I’m a fan of single strollers for many reasons.

Here’s why…as luxury strollers go, it looks stunning. It comes with a luxury golden frame with a brown soft lycra canopy and a brown Oxford bassinet. Talk about pushing around a baby in a star-studded single stroller. It’s also big on safety featuring anti-shock springs in the front to absorb shocks and 12-inch ax-shaped rear rubber wheels. You can take your baby on smooth or rough surfaces and he or she will still ride comfortably. There’s also a bit of magic mixed into the design. What I mean by that is that this infant bassinet baby carriage easily transforms into a stroller for toddlers. You’ll be into Transformers before you know it, trust me on this. In addition, this stroller is made from heavy duty durable material so it will put up with whatever you put it through. The frame is made from an anti-rust alloy and the plastics used are all non-toxic. Plus the manufacturer has attached a 180-day, 100% money back guarantee to this product. But what do I really think about it? Simple…it rocks.

  • Made to last baby stroller with solid construction and quality material

  • Converts from infant to toddler use in mere seconds

  • These standard strollers have a money back guarantee

For me, I find the comfort ride this gives any child inside of it worth every penny. Plus, the seating can be adjusted so your child can be facing you or away from you. However, the best part is that it is foldable so storage is simplified and easy to deal with even if maybe Junior isn’t.

For those of you who fancy being called Super Mom, this newborn stroller can actually help you to solidify that image. That’s because it has a one-hand quick fold mechanism. But a word of caution, if you are shooting for Super Mom status, you have to perform the one-handed folding trick in public. Otherwise you’re wasting a good move. Also, this particular unit sort of grows with your child. More specifically, it has three modes of use that allow it to adapt to the changing travel needs you’ll require as your baby grows. The seat is removable and the large attached basket can be accessed from the front or rear. For super comfort of your super baby, the reclining seat has several positions and the all-wheel suspension makes for a smooth ride. For parents, this is an important point – the handle can be height-adjusted and the rear brakes are linked. As I’ve already mentioned, I’m fond of the quick fold design and don’t mind being called Super Mom by anyone, quite honestly. But I should spend more time at the playground showing off that skill if I plan to retain my title. There are other great features that I can’t forget to mention including the parent tray which includes zippered storage and cup holders. The seat pad insert is also reversible and removable.

  • Easy fold design allows for one-handed folding for easy and quick storage

  • Designed for use with the Chicco KeyFit 30 Infant Car Seat and stroller accessories

  • Good looking unit with a stylish frame and all-wheel suspension

Well, I have taken one of these on a test drive with a neighbour’s kid. Hey, it’s all in the name of science. The single stroller performed great over various types of terrain and I found the cup holders handy on a morning when I needed two cups of coffee. The one-handed folding trick did earn me a few odd looks at one playground and a phone number from one gentleman in another.

Okay, let’s get a disclaimer out in the open right away. This is a brand new UPPAbaby model. That is to say, I’m not going to talk about the 2017 model because this is the updated version. First off, this happens to be a full-size stroller and it contains a front or rear facing toddler seat. It can be reclined into several different height positions. If you are the proud owner of a MESA Infant Car Seat you will be pleased to know that this stroller is completely compatible with that. In other words, pop out the car seat and it can instantly attach to this stroller. There’s no adapter required. It’s a car seat stroller in one. Here’s where things get really interesting…this baby stroller can be folded in one simple step with or without the seat attached. You have to see how it’s done to completely understand but it is doable. There’s even a massive basket that can hold up to 25 pounds so if you are out grocery shopping…just sayin. For those of you who can’t be bothered to read all the details, here’s a quick summary:

  • Features a full size toddler seat that can be front or rear facing

  • Large basket that is easy to access can hold up to 25 pounds of stuff

  • Easy one-step folding design that works with or without the seat attached

What can I say about this stroller I haven’t already mentioned? Well, it is a beauty. I like it a lot because of the design. There’s also an extendable sunshade with UPF 50+ protection so you won’t be afraid to take Junior out on a sunny day.

There you have it. A quick look at everything from cheap baby strollers to luxury strollers. The choices span from the newborn stroller, toddler strollers, to single strollers that are the top rated strollers on the market. I hope I’ve been able to give you some great insight into three of the best strollers available. My name is Suzy and my goal is to find you the right stroller solution to your stroller problems. It’s what I like to do. So until next time, happy strolling!
